squidのaccessログを参照すると、時間がGMTで表示されてしまう。日本時間で表示したい。

squidではaccess.logとして２つの形式をサポートしています。１つはsquid本来のログ形式をサポートしGMT時間で表示します。もうひとつは"emulate_httpd_log "オプションを使うことでhttpd互換（CERN web daemon互換：common log file format（CLF）と言います）のフォーマットへ変換しローカルタイムで表示する方式です。後者へ変更すれば、日本時刻で表示します。
